NON RECEIPT OF CONVOCATION CERTIFICATE

I have applied for the convocation certificate for MFM course on 13 Aug. As per university rules the same should have been delivered to me within 4 months. It is now 10 months and despite repeated visits to the University I have not received the degree certificate nor have I received a proper response as to when the same would be handed over to me
