Late revaluation report

I have given the exam of b.sc (computer-sci) in march

from Mumbai University, in my result university failed me not in subjects but there is a 26 marks less in my aggrigate total, my grand total is highest in my college, i am the ranker student in my college, i have given the application for revaluation in the month of 26th july

its now 3rd jan i am still waiting for my revaluation report. University destroyed my one year, in this year i havent done any thing.

i am complaining on Mumbai University what is happening, why r u destroying my career
