With reference to above noted subject, I draw your kind attention that, Intime Spectrum Regisistrary Limited, Pannalal Silk Mills, Mumbai (Registrar to the issue of Mundra Port and SEZ, IPO) try to misappropriate the 30 days interest of delayed period of refund of Mundra port And SEZ Limited. In this regard I have written several letters and Mail to registrar and Company; But I am sorry both of them are totally silence in this matter. As par
SEBI, if the company takes more than 15 days in returned of refund order than registrar
Will pay 15% interest for delayed period. Please instruct to the Registrar to pay the interest as an early date otherwise you take appropriate action against them.

Additional Information Sir, Thanks for your active support and co-operation intime spectrum registry limited mumbai sent my refund order RS.92400/- on 22/12.I have received the refund order after one month.intime spectrum registry mentioned in the covering letter that said warrant was dispatch on 21/11 by speed post and returned undeliverd. Ok if they sent the same by speed post please provide the Speed Post-Receipt because I think entire thing is fabricated to avoid delayed period interest @15%.
