Myself Sandip Dave, I would like to inform you That I have applied 45 shares of Mundra POrt and SEZ Ltd. and have paid 19800 has been paid by me and Debited to my account on 08-11-07, Application No. is 2940166, HDFC Bank A/c Chq no. 819238, But Till Date I have not received refund/Allotment neither in Bank account nor allotment in my Dmat account.
