Excessive Number of stray dogs

Respected Sir/Mam,

I am a resident of #758, 29th Main Road, 29th Cross, PoornapragnaLayout, Uttrahalli. That lane has got around twenty odd stray dogs which keep chasing & barking at passing vehicles for no reason. Can somebody please take those dogs away from that lane?
