Though the IPO order book shows the refund amount as Rs 19, 800 and in an earlier reply to my queries the ICICI help desk informed me on 19 Jan that the refund has been dispatched to me on 22 Nov. But I am yet to receive any refund for the same.

In the mean time my Correspondence address has also changed, may be the Cheque that was dispatched by you had been done so on my previous address. Hence you are requested to cancel the earlier instrument of payment and issue a new instrument for the refund amount and send the same on the under mentioned address (which is also my new address as per my updated records with ICICI bank ltd.

For the sake of repeatation, i want to bring out here that it is fifth/ sixth time that i am trying to project my problem and still awaiting for my refund. you are requested to expedite the settlement of the matter as it has caused me a long and unwanted agony not withstanding the financial burden. Looking for a fast and favourable response from your side.
