Dear Sir/Madam,
This is bring to your notice that my Father aged 65 is a Customer of IOCL through one of its dealers' M/s MUTHUMANI GAS SERVICE, BHEL, TRICHY - 620014 vide Customer No: 15608. I've ordered for supply of Gas Cylinder on 30th Nov and the Customer Service Executive over phone intimated me that the new cylinder will reach me after 10 days. Having 10 days passed I once again called up their Office at 0431-2552353 which I was trying from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm and finnaly was told that the same will reach me still in 5 days time. Having wanted to escalate the issue I wanted to talk to the Manager, who, during my conversation has kept down the phone. Having met him in his office I learnt that he is more interested in selling the Commercial Cylinder which is supplied without any subsidy and that informed me new subsidised connections are stopped since 2005. Further, he also intimated that I may go ahead cancelling the same if not interested. So kindly take this case for the benefit of not only me but also many others' who are the victims of Monopoly of this company..
