P.F withdrawl claimed but not recd

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an ex employee of Birla Sun life Asset Mgmt.Co. I had claimed for the p.f. withdrawl around 4 months back. As per the HR Dept. of Birla they had submitted my request to the P.F dept. at the same time only.

Yet the amt. is not credited to my HDFC Bank, Jodhpur SB. a/c no. 01421050044516.
