Passport not received

Respected sir,

I had applied for passport on 05th JULY in Kolkata.

My Police verification have been done succesfully in Bangalore in the month of JUNE.

But when i Enquiry my Passport status in kolkata site then one message is there in to my status box "Please submit P.P. forms alongwith Photographs for re-verification" I dont under stand that why i need to submit the P.P. Form.

Its more than 2 months of my verification and i have not received my passport yet.

so pleace overcome my problems as soon as possible.

I will be highly obliged to you for this.

Pleace reply my mail as soon as possible.
