Company is not paying interest or refunding money

I have paid Rs. 4505 through cheque to Sanjay R. Anvekar mobile number 9448126916 and the company has paid interest only once i.e. Rs. 80=00 jan and later on not paid inspite of several reminders.

Please refund my money
