MOST UNRELIABLE PHONE IN MARKET

A NEW NOKIA N85 WAS PURCHASED DURING THE FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER AND WITHIN TWO DAYS OF USAGE, THE PHONE WAS FOUND DEFECTIVE. WHEN THE SELLER WAS CONTACTED, HE EXCHANGED WITH A NEW ONE.

UNFORTUNATELY THE SECOND PHONE ALSO HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS THAT OF THE FIRST PHONE.

THE SAME WAS GIVEN IN NOKIA SERVICE CENTER AT BANGALORE UNDER JOB CARD NO. 336343506/081213/14 ON 13/12, WHERE IN THE SERVICE CENTER HAD PROMISED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH A TARGET DATE ON 27-12. WHEN CONTACTED ON 27TH THE CENTER IN CHARGE INFORMS THAT IT SHALL TAKE 7-8 DAYS MORE.

WILL SOMEBODY INTERVENE AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY BY GETTING A NEW HANDSET IN PLACE OF A DEFECTIVE ONE, OR ARRANGE FOR A REFUND OF THE MONEY SO THAT A DIFFERENT MODEL COULD BE BOUGHT.

I FIND THIS MODEL IS MOST UNRELIABLE PRODUCT.
