Other bank ATM withdrawal query

Dear sir;

this is ganesh, i have a salary account in our bank, 31.05.2009 amount (12000) has withdrawal by other bank ATM (ICICI) but the transaction not accepted . but the amount has been debit in my account, so please credit the amount in my account. Already compliant has been submitted in local branch (pollachi), till now i am not get my amount back.
