BLOCKED OF DRAIN

I am residing at 144, Old Gupta Colony, Near Vijay Nagar, Delhi- 110 009. It has been seen that the drain in front of my house gets chocked very often (almost daily) This is giving a very foul smell. This has also become a source of disease amongst old persons & children’s. I have complained about this a number of times. Whenever any scavenging staff comes to clear it they demand tips from me without which they do not do anything. Therefore, I am bringing this to your kind notice for getting some permanent remedy for this problem and also take necessary action against the delinquent staff of scavenging staff.
