Complaint: Dangerous driving (one hand with mobile & one hand on vehicle)

Time: Around 7.30 PM
Sir, I was riding 2 wheeler- Black Hond Activa with my Wife & kid on SanjayNagar main road. I happened to see 2 wheeler rider (Single) on White Honda Activa driving with mobile on one hand & another on vehicle. I politely advised him not to drive that way, but he used bad words againt me. Please take strict action against him as this causes dangerous to others who are following traffice rules. His vehicle number is as follows KA 04 EE 6059
