Wrong balance in my saving account

Dear Sir,

Sub: Wrong balance showing in my savings account

On 2 April, I had balance of Rs.10, 015 till 11.54 AM. Afternoon, I had tried to withdraw a sum of Rs. 4, 000 from ATM of ICICI & Bank of India, Okhla branch, New Delhi. But I couldn’t get the money.

Around 10 PM I tried to know the balance from ATM of SBI (Bradarpur branch, New Delhi 110 044). Then ATM advice shown balance of Rs. 6, 015. There is mistake of Rs. 4, 000.

Due to some urgent need of money I had withdrawn a sum of Rs. 1, 000. After withdrawal of money by balance was Rs. 5, 015 whereas it should be 9, 015.

Please rectify the same and Rs. 4, 000 should be credited to my saving account immediately.
