DELETION OF MY NAME FROM VOTER LIST

Dear Sir,

My name has been deleted from the 2009 voter list. My name was in the voter list during last election under West Bengal Assembly constituency 150 Tollygaunge part 73 Serial no 84 (epic card no WB/23/150/348075), but it is not appearing in the current voterlist. I am retired senior citizen, shall be gtateful if you help us to include my name and let me know the reason for deletion at the earliest.
