Non availability of reservation form

Dear Sir,

On 22nd Apr i had goan to chinchvad railway station pune, maharashtra and i found that reservation form was not available at reservation office. As i ask to railway department person for FORM he talks very rudly with me.

i wish that in future these type of mishapp should not occure in future
