Internet not working since NOV

Dear sir.,

since NOV daily there is break down. since FEB 2 till april18 i was not using

internet from 18 April till today 3rd may not single day it has worked without breakdown. Iam not at all satisfied with your services. I want my internet should be disconneceted [DE ACTIVETED] WITH IMMEdiet effect. Thanks &TATA
