This in reference to the complaint number on net 281F9 on dated 18/12/07 and complaint number from your executive 2121810998700 on dated 18/12/07,

Now this is too much disgusting that my above referenced complaint 2121810998700 was closed without resolution. Called again to your executive and got new complaint number 2121913061900 (new complaint number on dated 19/12/07).

What you call this a customer service???

A complaints get closed without resolution and no information to your customer.

Please do some thing into this matter of resolving charge for Rs.75/- for caller tone as this service was not ordered/authorise by me.
