sir my name is kanta prasad. i am your credit card holder my credit card no is:-4346772005047088 this is the request to you that my last month (August) bill is 1083.44/- and i am put a cheque in your branch drop box the cheque no is 612372 which one belong in PNB but by-chance your mistake he is never come in your billing account

sir i am tried in various time call in your call centers but nobody response to me. he/she saying to me check in your accounts statement. i check the satement. its true the check is misplace in your branch pls find it. and corract the septmber bill and clear the late fee and other charges. and also check my last track record
