Sir,
Plz look this matter seriously. I have already communicated to IRCTC through below mails.

Despite my repeated reminders I m not able to get my claim (as mentioned in appended mails)
I am very disappointed with the response received. If the matter is not solved with in next 15 days, I will go to the consumer court.
I hope you will understand my annoyance.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No. 2456606913 has been forwarded to CCM/Northern Railway on dt.24.01.09. We have already issued Reminder No.1 & 2 dt. 16.06.09 & 10.07.09 to concerned railway to chase up the case. But despite reminder refund yet not received from the concerned railway. Now we are sending a Reminder No. 3 dt. 11.09.09 with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account.
