I am very disappointed with the response received. If the matter is not solved with in next 15 days, I will go to the consumer court.

Now we are sending a Reminder No. 3 dt. 11.09.09 with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account.
