I have applied for my passport on Fab - 2008 at Bhopal Passport office, with File Refence # BPL A008584. I the undersigned have applied for passport on Fab. 2008. my enquiry is completed two time due to same reason from police station. & Now i have received information that police enquiry letter has been sent by Jalgaon police station on 08/06. the same has not reached your office. I have paid visit to your office on 20/10.

So i kindly request you to arrange to send a new enquiry letter to jalgaon. I shall be highly obliged for the same.
