Hi,
I m Tina, here residing in lajpat nagar-4, and i am writng to you ..because our stray dogs are uncared for... they are starved... which is very sad... i suggest they should be given food instead of dirt to eat and should be taken care of, given a shelter in the cold and given a kennel to stay in like we have homes to stay in too... please help these animals as they are speechless and cant express themselves by talking... all they do is to cry all night..which is horrifying... Can you please help these animals as well our colony...
