Withdrawal of EPF

Dear Sir/Madam

I Jignesh Vinodrai Vyas Ex. employee of Nagarjuna Construction Co. Ltd., at Rajkot - Morvi State Highway No. 10 Project (GSHP-10) my PF No. AP/13681/15746.

I have put up application and form for withdrawal of PF on dt. 21st May to Hyderabad but till today I have not received my PF.

I have called at Hyderabad EPF office but I have not received any positive response.

Please do needful.
