Not getting any reply

Dear Sir,

I had applied for Barclays Times Card for 3 to 4 times and every time your Customer care executive told me that they were contact me in 72 hours but still i didnt get any reply.now it was happened since one and half month.

Still i would like to apply for Barclays Times Card.

So kindly consider my Request cum complaint.

i hope i will get the card within 7 days.
