Status of passport

Respected Sir,

My parents from Nagercoil has applied their passport on february...

My father name is S.Parameswaran Pillai Siva Subramanion Pillai.. His file no is MDU Z18165609

My mother name is Azhagulekshmi Parameswaran Pillai.. Her file no is MDU a00447809

Both of them had police verification in March.. But in the status site is not given like that... Please i need to know what their really a current status... please reply to mail-id...
