Non receipt of pf

I had sent my pf to the company where i worked from dec - nov but there was no feedback.i sent another form to chandigarh pf office in jan but they sent it back stating there was no company stamp and also forms 6 and 10 were not sent. can you pls tell me where to contact and i have sent mails to chandigarh pf epfindia.com, epfindia.gov.in, epfindia.org 5 times but no feedback
