LOW DURABILITY OF REFIL

Dear Sir,

I Vasant Garode Consumer No.4767 of Indane Oil Corporation having 2 Cylinder connection with Home Delivery facility from Dealer M/s Nikita Gas Agency, Shankar Nagar, Raipur have received one Refilled Cylinder No.472276 on 16/12/09 and the cylinder was started using from 29/12/09 and ended on 17.01.2010 i.e. within 20 days. In general 1 refil in usual lasts for 40-45 days. But at this time it lasted only for 20 days.

So I am surprised to observe this. Pls. check at your end from the refill record whether above numbered refilled cylinder was duly filled in as per norms i.e. 14.00 Kg.

I think this refill was either under weight refilled or some descripancy might have occured.

It is requested to kindly go through the same & comply so that this should not repeat in future.
