I am purchased fujezone Dual SIM full Touch Screen Mobile set through HOME SHOP 18 vide order no. 900220287 dated 09-08 and received product on 17-08.
Both this set fujezone Dual SIM full Touch Screen Mobile set and Free dual SIM phone T 10 are not in working condition. Dual SIM full Touch Screen Mobile set not charging.
Video/voice recording is not in working condition. Mobile set also not accepting memory card. Voice on receiving side and on calling side is not clear. Dual SIM full Touch Screen Mobile set is nothing but it is a toy. I have complained to HOME SHOP 18 with in 3 days after receiving product and complained no. is 60318889. As per direction of HOME SHOP 18, I send Dual SIM full Touch Screen Mobile set to said address. and received replaced set through replacement no. 61207873 but newly received product is also in same condition so I request to HOME SHOP 18 to please refund my amount Rs. 5000/- or replace properly checked and in working condition mobile sets.
