Not giving gas cylinder from few months

Dear sir i prem nath vpo sidhwan teh nakodar distt jalandhar, punjab

my gas conection was running properly but in few months back agency owner

has refused to give us gas cylinder after enquiry i was come to know that he has

issued my customer no to another person i requested him many time but he flately
