ATM TRANSACTION FAILED BUT AMMOUNT DEDUCTED

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to imform you that my COMPANY is a customer of Union bank of India.

Last 21 AND 22 th of Sep, i was going for a transaction through CORP BANK ATM Machine located here in Surya nagar on (21/9/09) ramprastha (22/9/09) Ghaziabad.

i entered the amount of Rs 10, 000/-(21/9/09) and Rs 11, 000/-(22/9/09) but the machine replied as "transaction was rejected"

After some time i checked the balance amount .but the amount was debited by my account...

we have submitted the complaint on the 22-9-09 at Banks i.e. Union Bank of India anand vihar Delhi

also attached receipt which i get from CORP ATM MACHINE .

so please credit Rs 21000/- to this account
