with due respects i have to bring the following to your kind attention and persuel
1.i am consumer of above said gas agency, my consumer no. N-13248
2. ever since i am a consumer of this gas agency no satisfactory service has been provided by the gas agency.
3. the staff refuses to book the refill for home delivery on telephone and insist on personelly visit and when one goes personelly the staff misbehaves.
4. even after booking for home delivery they never deliver the refill at home without repeated visits/telephones and harass the home delivery consumers unnecesserly and insist that we should collect the refill from their depot. though home delivery charges are charged from every body but the always make one or the other excuse for home delivery and forced the consumers to collect the refill from the depot and no deductions of the home delivery charges are made by them.
5. home delivery is made in an average of 10 to 20 days after the booking as they have enganged only if you rickshaw pullers.
6. the next booking is made from the date of delivery of last refill and not the date of previous booking.
7.the staff does not even know how to calculate 21 days and next booking is made by them in 22 to 23 days.
8. mr lamba the owner of the said gas agency is neither available on his office and nor on phone.
it is therefore requested that necessary action kindly be taken to remove the dificulity pointed to above by the consumers.
