Reaction on Using Loreal Hair Colo

I have been using loreal hair color for past 7 years but for the last 2 months on the use of the hair color some reaction has taken place. My scalp got rashes and became completely red, my whole face got swollen. For one week i took a heavy dosage of anti allergies but there wasnt much improvement.
