Whey are you not giving me my lottery amount

I am very disagree for 3 months. You have removed for Rs.100 for any reason within 2 month. I have compained for many time but you are not right message e.g. some tell VAS Pack charges, 161 dial, songs charges etc. I have not loaded any packages. I have used J230i Sony Ericson Mobile, so how can use the above packages.

Please check this matter urgently. You return my Rs.100 only.
