Respected Sirs,
This is to your kind notice that we have worked with a company named “M/s. Natvar Parikh Industries Limited” in Ludhiana Branch. Since head Office of company is situated at Mumbai. We were unable to get attested the P.F. forms from our Head office as their Ludhiana branch also closed, so we got attested our PF forms from Standard Chartered Bank as per guidelines received from PF office. We all have applied our P.F. through P.F. office Ludhiana on dated 23rd of May, we have got the acknowledgments for the same from your Ludhiana office on dated 6th of June (Copies as attached) but as on today we have not get the clearance of our P.F. after our so many visit to your Ludhiana office as well as lot of phone calls to your Mumbai office (Bandra) during in this period it is more than four months has left. We are facing the lot of harassment since very long period which is incurring expenses on STD phone calls & visit to your Ludhiana office.
We are going through very financial crunches. Yours valuable intervene required to sort out the issue urgently.
We would be very thankful for your kind cooperation in this regard.
