SPDC Int'l Mobile Draw 2009

Dear Sir

I have received a sms from SPDC telling that I have won 250, 000.00GBP in INT''L Mobile Draw and asked to contact NatWest bank, Liverpool, Great Britain. i am doupt about it . its true or fraud. please help me.

Now sir, I want to know what should i do? Whether it is true or fraud? is there any problem supposed to be arised?
