I have taken naukri's resume flash service on 21st September. I paid money online got successful transaction and the details appeared in my naukri login as follows.

when I see service not started I launch complaint at naukri.
Then a long mail series have been started. Everytime I lauch the complaint new person replies.
The replies are:
1) sorry, please send the resume. When I sent the resume, he says your transaction was unsuccessful.
2) Some body asks transaction details, When I gave, no response.
3) Some body asks to confirmation from bank, when I sent details acquired from bank, clearly saying money gave to whom, when etc. then no response.
I asked for phone number, they don't respond. I don't know to whom to talk to.
Please help me in this regard.
