Sir, i have purchased a LG CTV 29 FU 6 BG, invoice no. A 1560 on 30/10 from Navrang Electroworld, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana, Punjab. i was offered a BIG TV DTH promotion coupon along with the TV as Diwali Scheme. the coupon serial no. is 000037651134. i was told that people from big tv will come and install the dish and that i have to pay them rs. 700. till date no one has come to install the BIG TV DTH. after this long wait, i talked to the dealer in this concern. the dealer is not giving any response and is asking me to contact the big tv but they are also not giving any positive response. this is a gret harrssment as this was not made clear to me at the time of purchase. i am very disappointed with there service and ignorant behaviour.
i am feeling very much concerned about their service, if need be in future.
you are requested to look into the matter seriously.
