Nse's (Nav Srijan Education Consultancy) advertisement was published in PRABHAT KHABAR newspaper on 23rd nov. i was preparing for my management admission exams those days. we contacted Ritesh Ranjan from nse and they assured us admission in some top colleges. They had taken Rs.50000 as advance. During Dec i got my Mat results in which i had scored 97%. In the meanwhile Ritesh kept delaying us by assuring us of admission soon.By march all mangement exam results were out and he wasn't even contacting us. We had talked bout admission to certain colleges in the Eastern belt where capitation amt was max Rs.6, 00, 000.
during march 1st week he called us asking us to take admission in a Mumbai college paying 15, 00, 000 as capitation amt. we refused and asked him to return bak our money.By nw he has retrnd bak only 35, 000. he is refusing to return the rst 15, 000 rs.he isn't even answering our calls or messages. what action can we take against him nw? kindly advise. the consultancy has its main office in Delhi and branch offices in patna, bokaro and ranchi.
