NBT tambola, nobody is picking up the phone

I've cancelled all the numbers of my tambola ticket game 6.But the phone number 45543900 which has been given is useless. They r the big cheaters & making fool of the public.By doing this they can not increase their sale but ruining their image.

Is their anybody to take action against them???
