We got red colour of the numbers for the game #9. Called NBT my registration no. is 34690, they said you will receive your gift in 2 days, waited 3 days nothing happened then called again they said it will take a week, wait until 30th nov, again waited and nothing happened. Now we been calling them try to reach someone but no one is picking up the phone. I am a regular coustemer from 4 years.
NBT is definitely spoiling its image.
