The worst service is provided by Neeta Volvo.
Agents don't know how to speak to there customers let it be female or male they have same rude attitude for everyone. One seat number is alloted to 2 or 3 passengers at a time and if they questioned they will just say
go to office and complaint or otherwise will ask to sit anywhere.
Ac will be a issue always, they will charge for AC and ac will be out of order.
They have one more major issue... bus getting out of order in between anywhere then have to wait for another Volvo to come, if you have a flight from Mumbai forget it that you will get it.
Always ready to fight and are ready to charge more.
I will suggest everyone avoid traveling by Neeta Volvo and go for Shivneri.
I am tired of complaing and no serious actions have been taken yet.
I travel once in every month from Pune to Mumbai but nowadays always travel by Shivneri and will suggest everyone to do so.
