Anyone thinking of using net9 online please dont, they provide terrible service, their net connection dosen't work most of the time and the customer care people have been trained I think to give stupid excuses as to why, if the main purpose is to get the net to work it shouldnt matter. the customer care is really pathetic, they speak to you as though its your fault (if they pick up the phone at all).
THE ONLY THING THEY ARE GOOD AT IS COMING TO COLLECT THEIR MONEY... KINDLY DONT USE THIS PROVIDER!!!
