Slowest internet connection in the world

I am student of MBA Siliguri. We are using the Account less internet connection of BSNL named netone and we are getting the speed of 30kps even worst than this 5kbps sometimes. Is there any remedy for this problem. If yes, then please do somthing or say something on the following ID- [email protected]
