I activated NOP on 28th of 24 hours plan of daily basis, 5 rs was deducted frm my airtel account of number 9815702968, b, i didnt recieved settings frm airtel and i called at custmr care on 121, and they guode me to gprshelpline bt tht helpline is nt wrking on my number.ivr is saying send message to 121 regarding your complaint.every custme care executive made me unsatisfy.and my 121 helpline is barred till now.i hav nt recievd settings yet and time of NOp is over.
