Account opening process and personal documents

Hi All-

This is to bring to the notice of all that please please do not deal with ICICI Bank at all. Completely boycott it. It has been four months since I have been trying to open an account and now I think that my identity is at risk. I requested them to put back the documents or else assure that it is safe, but no one responds and every time I call the toll free number the agent assures me that some one will call within the next few hours but then no one calls back.
