I have purchased product as per following details:
1. Order# 5608194, Item - New 8GB Hidden Spy Pen Drive Camera from Ojjas Enterprizes delivered by TNT courier number 264170555 on 22-10. The COD packet was received by my son in my absence.
2. I was out of station and returned home on 29 Oct 09. On opening the product and trying to use as per instructions given in the CD supplied, I found the item totally non functional.
3. It does not get identified by computer. Light indicator is non functional. In nutshell the piece supplied is fully non-functional.
3.. On lodging with customer care of rediff shopping the reply given is /No action can be taken after seven days of delivery'. Please help me to get the item replaced by vendor urgently.
