I have been fooled by your agent, Mr. Rohit. He did not give me complete details of the offer he was selling, on phone. The details have already been given at your complaint #...9892012345. My complaint # is... 32152372. I had been promised that my complaint would be resolved LATEST BY 11th May. Today is the 14th May!!! I will NOT pay any dues towards the usage of the # alloted to me & the sim card lies with me, brand new. Refer to the complaint # mentioned above, so you will know the exact details of the complaint.
