New broad band connection not releasing even after passing 15 days

For BSNL- Broad band

Dear Sir,

We applied for new broadband connection at our LL 0744-2362254.

All cables & modam has been connected/ provided on 1.12.08

But regret to inform that said connection is not established yet.

The broadband exchange Ph.2488520 & 2488500 mostly remains NO-REPLY and if connected only attendent replies that officer will contact letter BUT no any reply received yet.

Your Shri Pradip (Mob. 9461515451) has also tried to establish but could not.

We request to please NOTE the broadband charges shall not applicable till the said connection is established.

Also kindly convey facts & inform if any required from us.
